How can people start the process of detoxifying their homes without feeling overwhelmed? Laundry detergent's a big one. We're washing our clothes and our bedding in it, and then they stay on our bodies all day, every day. I think that's one that we really got to think about because we're washing our clothes and our bedding in it and then they stay on our bodies all day every day or especially when we're sleeping. You're in your bed for at least a third of your life. And that's where you're getting all kinds of restoration happening for your body and detoxing. And you're just laying up against all of these chemicals and fragrances all night. So that's probably a big one.

What do you recommend then if you're saying, I mean, you can't do no laundry detergent. Yeah. And I went through a period of trying to make my own laundry detergent. Don't recommend that. Some people have success. I went years really trying to make it work in it.
