When we take a leap based on our emotions, it feels good in the moment. As time passes, we tend to question our decision. Inevitably many of us back out. I can’t even begin to count how many times I talked myself out of things in the past. Why? Because it feels safe. You start planting doubt and fear in your brain. You start asking yourself what if this isn’t worth it? What if I fail? What if it’s a waste of time? We’ve all done this at one point or another. How do we overcome this fear and doubt?
