Summary

While hiring a graffiti artist for the office I agreed to a deal without getting it in writing. Admittedly, the guys in the office and I were just so thrilled to get some paint on our walls that I overlooked my own processes. Listen as I discuss how I let the excitement of the moment throw me off the game and how it led to me examining other areas in my life where I might be doing the same.

0:27.9	podcasting room and we have this you know nice 2,500 square foot area or so that was just

0:33.0	little concrete walls, concrete floors,

0:42.1	We laminated the floors, we painted the walls, you know, we've made
0:45.4	our own home. And it's not a big group of guys here, you know, any given time we have three or four people
0:49.3	plus myself running around the office. But that's all we really need for what we do.
0:53.2	The rest of the companies outsourced and is in different parts of the country, which is great.
