I'm doing a little bit getting breezy over there. You know what?

I just want to start this episode by saying, first of all, got the team

back to Shug's band. Where she was on vacation. Shug was here. Then

Shug was gone like being an actor and then taking care of her dog and all

these. How was your job? That's good to thank you for very much for asking.

Oliver's doing so much better. His leg is all healed. And then he got his

balls out. So we had two really big surgeries. And now he's just he's right

as rain. And he's going to come in here at some point and hang out with

him. This is also our 30th episode. That's a big deal. Like most

most episodes don't make it till eight. This is a big deal. And I just,

you know, I get super happy. I just want to thank her audience for for

listening and growing. We couldn't be here without you for all the people

sharing on social and tagging us and telling their friends and even

growing our male audience has been great. I just got to say when it comes

to like my adult life, I don't, you know, professionally, I've done a lot

of cool things. But like, I've never really been proud of anything in this past

year with file files and in my essential, environmental habits. I mean,

I'm really in front of the show. And we're doing great things. And I'm

really appreciate the people listening. So we have, we've made it to 30,
