Malcolm, what kind of seasonal produce are you enjoying this week?

And what are you making with it?

Ooh, great question.

So one of the farms near me does this deal with boxes of little produce.

So I get all these little squashes and it's like three bucks a box for these little squashes.

But they taste better, I think. So I just made for lunch, I made a squash and tomato and white

beans on toast sort of deal. Oh, nice.

Summer squash all the time these days.

A ratatooie.

Ratatoui, right, like the little mouse.

Is that what you made?

You made a ratatooie?

I think maybe it qualifies.

I'm not sure with how beans are involved or whatever,

but the summer squash is really the core of the dish.

And that's the ingredient I definitely want to shout out.

Are you getting those little, like, yellow ball-shaped squashes?

Yeah, I get those.
