Summary
Like anything in life, if we aren’t tracking key points to monitor performance it’s impossible to figure out how to improve. Over the years I’ve messed up just about anything you can think of when it comes to business. Why? I lacked a set of key performance indicators that would quickly give me a snapshot of the overall health of the business. You can’t have uncertainty in business when it comes to numbers, especially when you’re dealing with money. Today I give a detailed description of these key performance indicators and how you can use them to build your own business.
