just me, so deal with it. Just kidding, it's not going to be a client. But I wanted to talk

about something important. I made an Instagram post about it, and typically when I make content, and I know it's not the best because these days, social media is a business.

And what I'm saying is, is I wake up and I have an idea and I usually film it.

So almost everything that you guys see is something I've thought of that morning and I just spend 10 minutes on and boom there it goes not with YouTube YouTube is definitely a lot different

takes a lot more time and effort and I I treat that much different than other social media

platforms but anyway I made a post today about genetics and why they're so important to be mindful of and to understand. So for an

example, a lot of people deal with this. I'll hear this a lot of my clients. You guys hear this on

the podcast a lot. I was out with Burley and this happens all the time and it's nobody's fault or

anything. It's just happens, right? So I was out with burleigh this morning and lecota

and lecota is off leash in front of me and i usually walk the dogs after jiu jutsu or get home at like

seven a m sevenish and we go out and um so lecota's off leash with her frisbee happy as can be

and burly's on his leash and uh somebody opens up the garage door dog comes

rolling out and they're an invisible fence and again it's kind of the same thing is uh they bark at
