1:29.2	Yeah I have to my knee got painful and my physiotherapist says my butt is not being used enough I'm using my thighs too much.

1:41.4	No I ran a lot of track and played sports and so usually when I have a muscle sortness of some kind like a lot of people have lower back issues.
1:50.3	Yeah and it's because they're not stretching their hamstrings or they're butt too much.
1:55.0	Yeah.
1:56.0	Enough rather and it's pulling and so all these muscles are connected and when one's weaker or tighter it usually doesn't hurt that muscle it hurts some sort of corresponding muscle that's attached.
2:06.8	Exactly what he was telling me it said it could be coming from your ankle but we had to look at my ankle and he said it was dashing if anything and he said it's mainly my butt is not activating.
2:17.9	You got a tiny posterior haven't you?
2:20.4	Tiny but almost no ass it's not the whole the whole like uniform size.
2:26.2	It's really but the cheeks symmetrical but it's back to the time.
2:29.8	I know my pants would fold down because I have no butt or hips I'm completely straight up and down.
2:37.5	I'm quite a hip.
2:40.0	He's very hip.
2:41.1	I'm happy as well.
2:42.1	I've got a big ass that's where my power comes from.
