「是我妈，六年级的时候，她和我说要回老家上初中，然后考高中，考大学。」

今年 8 月，我见到了一位「流动儿童」，他叫孙俊峰，出生在北京，今年 14 岁。
因为学籍的问题，去年从五环外的一所打工子弟小学毕业以后，他离开了小伙伴和爸妈，独自一人回到从未居住过的「老家」读初中。
像俊峰这样，跟随打工的父母在户籍地以外生活的孩子，我们称他们为「流动儿童」。
新公民计划的项目负责人何冉告诉我，全国的流动儿童大约有 3426 万。
