Any insights on what you're seeing so far in the industry?

I know we've been doing a lot of interviews with the academy, hearing some people's experiences, but just want to kind of hear what you're seeing in the industry from like a recruiting standpoint. Yeah, look, I think, you know, 10 years ago when I was recruiting for the first time, I mean, it puts us back in like 2016, 2017, you know, definitely pre-COVID, right?

I think logically, you know, you would recruit your fall junior year, right?
