Everyone wants to have healthier relationships, stronger marriages, and there's a lot of a lack of

clarity about the how. Oh, my childhood wasn't great. Take 15 medications. You can't just medicate

for childhood problems. When someone sits in front of me and says, Adam, I want to be a better parent.

I really want to guide my children. I really want to do that. What do I do? I ask them those eight

questions. Do you want me to go through it the way I would with them? Let's do it. How do I help my child become a secure child? That's the question. Five levels. Number one, conflict is where we build trust. You don't build trust when there's no conflict. This is why the repair skills is one of the eight mandatory skills for parenting. I teach in the course, cut out the perfection. Cut out the assumption that you have to be a perfect parent tomorrow because you can't. Yes, your children need mostly, mostly clean socks, but they need your presence more.

Because when they're an adult,

that's what's going to serve them. What are the keys to more secure and intimate households,

families, and parentings? What are the key eight questions that every parent should ask themselves? And what does

an ideal family dinner for connection and family bonding look like? Many parents and individuals

recreate the same patterns they grew up with, both the good and the bad, but there are practical
