So you're probably wondering, where have they been?

We kind of started things back up after World Youth Day, it seems like, and then we kind of just disappeared again. We need to send an update for a while. I think there's nothing wrong between

myself and Father Anthony and the team. Everyone's good in that regard. It hasn't been that,

and we should have updated you earlier instead of just kind of falling off the map like that.

I know for myself that I can at least speak for myself right now, I guess.

I don't want to speak for Father Anthony about his reasons just needed a little bit more of a break.

But I know I can speak for myself just saying that I've been trying to pare down my time

commitments a bit lately to try and refocus on things.

Part of the difficulties with ADHD is that you say yes to things without ever counting

the time cost ever.

It just seems it's actually quite the burden sometimes because you say yes to too many things

and then time overwhelms and then you get tired and burnt out,

etc.

And like in September, for example, I was pushing myself 18 hours a day, pretty much every day.

It was too much.

It was just too much.

And then I just had a lot of things pop up in the parish, some things personally, just in my

own life trying to work through that I've needed to just address that I've needed some space and time to do that and so it's been you know not I'll be honest it's not been the best few months for me personally just it's it's difficult you know being a pastor is not an easy thing and then add to this doing a PhD thesis and everything
