sport and physical activity to hone in on key mental and emotional deficiencies.

So you train a group, you just tell me you train like a group of individuals from the NFL,

you also train MMA fighters.

So what, so you're more than just a trainer. I feel like from what I read in the

ESPN thing it's almost like you sort of have a spiritual like leader vibe or something that people look to you.

I remember Brian Callan was just sitting right here with me the other day and

praising you and he was just saying how, I don't know if you heard him on the podcast,

he was just saying how he just fucking loves you.

I mean, he's just like, yeah, yeah, he's, and he he's the best and he was just saying how much of a solid guy you are and everything you're doing so special and then so I just I mean we had met 12 years ago. I guess he said when you came to my show in Vegas with

Mickey Avalon and Henner right yeah yeah so now here we are 12 years

later wherever the fuck that was it was probably 12 years ago and now

you're obviously were you training with Henry at the time well yeah yeah so I

did all my white belt on through there oh you were white belt then when I met you? No when I started

at the Academy from White Belt on and then moves on, moved on, moved on, been training forever.

Obviously got my black belt. So you know, with Henner? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then I got my black belt so you know and with Henner yeah yeah and then I got my
