Summary
As Einstein once said, “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.” At some point in our lives all of us have been ingrained in old ways of doing things. Perhaps some of you are there right now. As I’m preparing for a fight in March, I found myself there as well. In today’s episode, I’ll describe my situation, how I’ve learned from it, and offer up some strategies for how you can make change in your life.

| 1:13.0 | antibiotic steroids and went through the whole |
| 1:17.2 | cluster that is trying to fix my hormones and the fact I'm still trying to |
| 1:21.5 | re-regulate now and I to re-regulate now. |
| 1:22.8 | And I say re-regulate where, you know, blood pressure was high. |
| 1:25.2 | Fortunately, I have it down to 129 over 60 this morning. |
| 1:29.7 | But there's a, there's damage that's been done over time and I couldn't just say damage right because I'm not going to |
| 1:34.4 | bastardize what it was that I did I loved antibiotics I loved being the big guy in the room I loved |
