Summary

In 1998, the entire country of Australia seemed gripped by the unfolding court case concerning a child who had gone missing the year prior. In 1997, nearly 14-month-old Jaidyn Leskie had gone missing while in the supervision of his mother's boyfriend. In a case with criss-crossing plot lines, twists and turns, and a cast of complex characters, many wondered whether justice for Jaidyn were even a remote possibility. consequence when it comes to police investigations and the law. The question is, which

this week and next, those are the exact questions everyone was asking. The focus was here,

there, everywhere, that is, except where it should have been on the victim.
