Summary

In my early-to-mid 20’s, I was never at a loss for self-confidence. To be quite honest, I thought I was the greatest. Then, through a series of failures both in work and in my personal life, everything came crashing down. The success I had previously experienced was stripped away, largely thanks to the self-doubt I developed. Listen to find out how I lost my confidence and what finally brought it back.

1:05.8	just a freak coincidence. I mean take the story of how I jumped into the web hosting world,
1:12.2	arguably the most financially successful I have been in my life up to this point.
1:19.0	Here I am running a local car dealership in Columbus, Ohio.
1:25.0	Dealerships called Midwestern Auto Group.
1:27.0	When I say running, I was not the general manager.
1:29.0	I would have been referred to as the general sales manager.
1:32.0	Maybe in an arbitrary hierarchy, maybe the second in
1:35.3	command, but that could even have been arguable. But in that I was hired in to
1:40.6	take over as a GM one day. Now as a 26 year old man at that point, I was very
1:47.0	convinced I had the world figured out. My ego and my arrogance as it pertained to
1:52.0	sales were second to none.
