and today's episode is Baring My Best Friend. friend.

So this episode's a little somber for me.

You know, most of the episodes that I release are more impactful, more insightful, more of something.

And this one's a little bit out of left field for me.

It's out of left field because I've had to very recently bury my best friend.

A man by the name of Miles Dawson, a man that was a part of my company, a man that was a

brother, a man that was part of the Warrior Brotherhood, a man that I had a tremendous amount of respect for,

literally my best friend.

Unfortunately, relapse after years of sobriety and died alone after relapsing on heroin.

So I have jotted down some things

after this morning's meditation

to help me process through this event and I'm little going to sit back

and just read them and kind of see what comes out.

So this is more scripted than most of my podcast and this is a little more painful. The fuck, this is a lot more painful than anything else I have. more

But I know that I'm supposed to and I know I'm supposed to because it's gonna matter to somebody

Because this is the first person I've lost that's close to me and when I say close to me I'm in this man was my best friend.

I mean literally everything that I can think of I did with him so I know that I know that I'm supposed to share this so trying to find peace in
