conversation around anything and everything that is, I'll say, the psychiatric field and the importance of mental health and ownership of

your mental health in an effort to progress your life.

And we went back and forth and covered some of the topics

that I share on the show and how that relates

to the psychiatric field.

It was one of the coolest things that I've experienced

because it validates. I mean mean I think if we're honest with ourselves

or at least I'm honest with you we all seek some sort of validation or I certainly seek validation from the marketplace

and this goes back to conversations I've had about social media validation from the marketplace.

and loving to get feedback from you
