Hi, I'm Annie in the US and I'm Johanna from Austria and you're listening to your favorite

international podcast.

The podcast hosted by two women from different continents who have never met in real life

but have very, very similar interests in all things, murder, mystery and the macabre.

And we like our crime old just like us.

If you listen to the last episode about the wonderful dog stories, you might remember

that Johanna said that we needed a palette cleanser episode because the previous three

episodes and because the next episodes are going to be very upsetting as well.

Yeah.

Oh, before I forget it, my husband reminded me of something I completely forgot to mention

in the previous episode, a while ago I had read an article to him that stated that dogs

actually changed their facial muscles to be able to communicate better with humans.

So unlike wolves, dogs developed muscles around their eyes and mouth that allows them to

change their expression faster and imitate human facial expressions, especially the ability

to imitate a baby-like expression.

I think everyone who has a dog knows exactly what I mean.

You know, the huge eyes and the cute face they make when they want something, think,

pulsing boots from Shrek.
