I'm Danny Bessner here alone because Derek,

But I'm very excited to welcome to the podcast today. Benji Ralski,

Benji's a historian and also an affiliated fellow with the Center for Cultural Analysis at Rutgers,

as well as a community fellow with the U.S. Society of Intellectual History. And I might have

been on to talk about the historiography or really how historians have thought of the far right or the right

wing in general, which has a field that has, I don't know if exploded is the right word because

nothing really explodes in academic history. But there's been a number of books written about

in the last 10, 15 or so years. And Benji himself is entering this field,

and I thought it might be time to take a step back

and talk about this.
