Molly McCann, also known as Meatball Molly, is a mixed martial artist, currently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. In this open and honest interview, Molly shares stories from her turbulent childhood, including her mum's struggle with addiction. Her mum was able to recover from addiction, get qualifications and turn her life around - Molly shares the immensely positive impact this has had on her, being able to follow the positive behaviour her mum illustrated.
Molly has won thirteen fights, to only five losses. Her work ethic is enhanced by journaling and positive thinking. She shares with Jake and Damian how journaling has helped her to become a better fighter, the mantra she tells herself every morning and how writing down vivid goals turns them into reality.
They discuss her fear of coming out at the age of 25, how to figure out who the good people are and the power of saying no.
