So I forgot to give a couple quick shoutouts last week.

So I need to do this briefly from my time at Notre Dame.

So first one was just, I think it was my last night there.

I meet, I'm at dinner table and we're in our chat. And this new guy had met yet, I guess he just got back from somewhere.

Yeah, his name's father Michael Thomas. And I said, yeah, I'm Father Harrison, he goes, from

clerically speaking.

I said, yeah.

He goes, when I was, he was in South America for three years.

And he goes, I listen to your podcast every week. It was really helpful for me to stay connected to the north.

He goes, I haven't listened as much lately just because, you know, in my internet

internet, which I get.

And it's like, you know, there are seasons when people listen to podcast essentially

and stuff like this.

But, and we hit it off.

Like, he's like, you want to go grab a beer upstairs afterwards?

And we chatted for like three hours.

And a real great guy.

He's studying, um, a political science or political theory at, uh, at Stanford.

He's doing his PhD in that. And where we hit it off was, he was saying, oh, yeah, I'm looking to do like early 20th,

late 19th century French political history.

And I said, and he goes, I want to talk about the Catholic role.

And I'm like, have you read Maurice Blondell?
