It's a cold, hard fact. In this life we’re either selling or being sold. For whatever reason, it seems etched in our DNA to always seek the best deal possible. What if I told you that always seeking the best deal could potentially take an unforeseen toll? Today I detail a situation where I was triggered by a story involving a salesman. calls a day, at least an hour a piece of interviewing and walking through a process to see if you

if it made sense for you to be one of the one of seven and the conversation been phenomenal I've got to know many of you as listeners I've got to know

trials and tribulations in your life I've got to know ways and means of me

impacting you. That's phenomenal and oddly enough this episode is not about me

selling you would have been way too easy. Admittedly in this coaching development not to do I really is not a good fit to have you be a part of it.

But in this I've been consumed with time every day.

You know, not only do I have my current clients that I'm helping,

not only do I have small groups that I'm helping, not only do I have larger groups that I'm helping a

c-b-deed company to run stuff to do but that I'm also spending five hours a day

interviewing potential new clients. Truly a blessing. But in that I take a small reprieve yesterday and I'm

scrolling through social media. Like I leave myself this little window from 1 o'clock till 2.15 to 30 to the record

podcast to re-energize myself just to focus on me. It's my block out window.

And in that I've also limited my screen usage on my phone to really pull back the amount I can use any social media platform.

It helps me being much, much more productive.
