Chris. That's me. What's going on? What a fun episode we have for you today with our

college. Oh, and, you know, we learn and we grow. Um, not too much to talk about today,

uh, but we do have a nice week lined up for you. I got to say, check us out on Wednesday

for a really great, uh, conversation we have with our guest, tall Ben Shahar, who is a

professor in the study of happiness. Yeah. Uh, studied at Harvard, taught at Harvard. Uh,

and we talk all things happiness, how to be happy. The study of happiness, uh, the

misconceptions of happiness, the science of it. And we thought it would be appropriate

to talk about it. And is it relates to kind of the times that we ran? I know I learned

a lot. It was really helpful for me. And, uh, I really hope you guys enjoy it on Wednesday.
