1:25.8	someone came in the last minute and and offered a kind of a deal they couldn't
1:29.9	pass up on only to find out that the the seller of the house realized who I was
1:36.8	and apparently the person who got the house and you know and anything can
1:43.5	happen I guess it hasn't officially closed yet but apparently it's a single
1:48.0	mom who who who recently got a divorce so they're like well I know we didn't
1:52.5	sell you the house but maybe we can introduce you and you guys could like
1:56.3	fall in love and and and live there together and I was like that right now I
2:01.5	don't want to hear that right now I don't not a big set-up guy to begin with
