What to set the frame really aggressively to start with?

So Sean, as I'm shooting my own funnel videos and all the crazy stuff that I get to do now is a certified trainer inside

of Wake Up Warrior and I'm going down this rabbit hole of seeing what Garrett J White had done for marketing

and I'm reviewing all this old content. I see a really fresh-faced Sean in some early videos

you can't see him right now but you look at YouTube Sean's got a nice healthy

beard right now full head of hair you, I go back to these early videos

and I see Sean, I'm like, wait, I know him.

And not only do I know I'm gonna interview him on the podcast.

And so between that and then coming full circle

of meeting Sean inside of some of the wake-up warrior events we've been to and just seeing

this evolution, it's really incredible to get to spend some time with you today and just rock
