So in today's episode I'm gonna share with you

that we put on social media is limiting our growth as a society.

So for those of you that don't know, March is one of my favorite months.

Now, it's really twofold as to why it's one my favorite months.

Maybe it's not so favored anymore, but I was born in March, so of course, like it's a monumental month for me. March 14 is my birthday and

it feels great to have that be acknowledged. I for the majority of my life

would have said to you that I didn't care about my birthday.

It wasn't important, I didn't want to celebrate it, but that was a story that I told myself

for years because I had somewhere internalized the fact that I wasn't important.

That didn't actually provide value to the world.

So why would I want to celebrate my birth when there was a lot of times in my life

where it wasn't even really proud to be alive.

Just call it what it is.
