Summary

Confrontation is uncomfortable. By default, most of us are wired to avoid confrontation. How do you handle challenging situations? After dealing with a difficult situation in her social circle at the gym, a listener reached out to Lindsay and I to get our opinion on how to deal with it. Sometimes you need to throw on your Big Girl Britches and take care of work.
