| 1:01.5 | I grew up in Southern California and kind of bounced around between Orange County and Los Angeles. |

| 1:18.1 | graduated, tried to graduate on time. So left there with a four-year degree in accounting and |

| 1:29.7 | During the recruiting process, really had looked into and tried to get an opportunity with |
| 1:34.8 | a lot of the transaction real estate groups that at that time were just forming and kind |

| 1:47.6 | nine crash, they were really looking for graduate students. So you needed some sort of real estate |
