What's going on, everybody? Welcome to another episode of The Vile Files. I'm your host, Nick,

0:15.1

joined by my producer, Richelle. How you doing, Richelle? Well, it's been rough. Don't you think?

0:23.6

You know, I guess it's just, it is what it is, you know, I don't know. My birthdays tomorrow,

0:31.7

and it'll be like, it'll be weird to just like, be alone. Oh, happy birthday. Thanks.

0:37.8

Yeah, no, it sucks that way. I found the group. Like, at first, we talked about this. Like, I

0:42.2

thought I was kind of thriving in a way. Then I got a little bit of a quarantine fatigue, and now it's

0:46.7

just, I don't know. Now you're back in the groove? No, but I'm just kind of accepted the fatigue.

0:54.6

Like, it's fine. You know, it's, I was quite honestly like, I know this is kind of off. I was really

1:03.3

really bothered by that national story. Yeah. The gentleman who was

1:25.4

distracted, but like, I was almost, you know, invested, I was invested in that. And that was

1:29.7

something that's been on my mind for the past couple of days. So yeah, the very sad death of

1:35.2

Ahmad Arbery, I hope I'm pronouncing that right. But yeah, I was really upset about that. I did,

1:42.1

you know, it's almost like sad to know that it had to happen a couple months ago. And

1:46.0

that was all over the news. And you're just kind of like, why don't we know about this before? And,

1:49.3

you know, so. But I'm glad, you know, shows the power of the people, which is good, I guess.

1:57.9

And hopefully, justice will be done there. But yeah, so I kind of obviously was

2:02.4

focused on that this week. And quarantine wise, I'm just trying to, you know, I'm trying to get

2:09.2

outside more. I've gone on some walks with some friends, some six foot walks, you know, meet up,

2:14.0

you know, just like, hey, do you guys want to go on a walk? And like, do you want to go on a walk?

2:17.0

And we keep our distance and we wear masks, but at least, you know, like you're talking to someone.
