It's a good podcast.

I think this is probably one of the only podcasts

I've done specifically on dogs, self-harming themselves

and crates and having anxiety

and walking through the entire process

of what creates this anxiety as well as five, six,

seven different things that you should be doing

and definitely should not be doing to help with dogs

who have this anxiety and this codependency issue

or whatever we want to call it.

So it's a great podcast on learning how to maybe some new ways

that you guys can manage some of these anxiety issues.
