| 1:07.3 | I am primarily based in commercial real estate and have touched on buy side and |
| 1:13.4 | sell side. Out of college, my first major role was as an analyst on an acquisitions team |
| 1:20.3 | in agricultural private equity of all things. But that was a really great learning experience. And from there, I moved to an |
| 1:30.2 | internship working in a more traditional Opco private equity startup where they were focusing on |
| 1:37.3 | medical office primarily, which is a really interesting niche. We can touch on that later. And then from there, |
| 1:45.3 | I moved over to more traditional sell-side analogous to bulge bracket in investment banking, |
| 1:53.9 | sell-side commercial real estate brokerage, sort of in-house back-office analytical type work, |
| 2:00.0 | as well as project management, property management. |
| 2:03.3 | And then after that, I spent time as a land acquisition manager at a large national home builder in Raleigh. |
