So how do you as a young adult get out of renting and into buying and what are some things you need to have set up?

What about college? Should people go to college? Do they need to go to college?

For somebody listening who is listening to this and thinking, this is all great great I'm going to try to do a lot of these things

But I'm just not making enough money. How do you make more money? What's your take on what the economy is going to look like over the next 12 to 18 months.

I think there is some wisdom on the streets that say whether you have debt or you're trying

to save for a down payment, you should be putting some aside for retirement.

But it sounds like you're saying no, you should be paying off your debts first.

So I want you to be completely debt free.

Honestly, I see the freedom and not having payments.

When all that's freed up, there's so much of your income now.

That's all yours.

Now you get to let your money make money for you, not for the bank.
