Glad to be here.

So it would be awesome if you could just give the listeners a short summer of your bio.

Sure.

So I'm from New Jersey. I went to college at Rutgers Business School, major in finance, mine economics.

Out of school, I went to Morgan Stanley as my first job after my junior summer internship.

I'm the CLO structuring desk.

It's been a few years there and wanted to make the switch to more of traditional investment banking,

where I wanted to learn more about those companies that we're securitizing in our CLOs.

So I made the switch to city groups, restructuring financing desk, spent a year and a half there

and then made the switch to the buy side where I'm currently at the Tishman Family Office,

where I'm an investment associate covering a broad range of things.

So I'm being structured credit, corporate credit, and I've also gotten the opportunity to look into

VC and real estate as well. Very fun. Cool. So let's start all the way back at Rutgers. Tell me a
