For the ladies present today, congratulations on an amazing accomplishment.

You should be proud of all that you have achieved to this point in your young lives.

I want to speak directly to you briefly.

Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess

that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring

into this world.

I think many women, they want to be wife and mothers more than their career.

The reality is women alone get pregnant, women alone gestate, women alone can nurse that child,

and very young children need their mothers in a special way more than anyone else.

Being a homemaker is not a dirty word, first of all,

and that women do play different roles in society.

miss doing lives over the last several weeks but I've been doing something even more important

which is getting to snuggle with my with our new baby we just

gave birth to our third and we have one in heaven so we have four kids total but this is our

third earth side and it's just been such a joy to spend time with her and have that time.

But I'm really glad to be back because there's so much stuff to cover and today we're
