The states will determine by vote or legislation or perhaps both and whatever they decide must be the law of the land in this case the law of the state

He starts by saying roby way is overruled now it's up to the will of the people, it's up to the states,

and that's where it should be.

And this is the fatal flaw.

It's not the pro-life position to say, let California go its way, and let Texas go its way. That's not the position of justice. That's not a position that respects human rights.
