| 1:36.5 | interviews? Did you land some interviews? Did you have to go about it a special way? Yeah. So my first line of, you know, reaching out for recruiting wasn't just, you know, leveraging |

| 1:56.6 | My first effort was shameless, lengthy, and cold emails. |
| 2:00.9 | I did this mainly to build relationships as I realized early on in the process, just asking for references wasn't successful. |
| 2:09.3 | So this meant, you know, getting on phone calls, grabbing coffee, actually building a relationship over the course of a few months. |

| 2:18.2 | pretty late. I went to a school that had an entrepreneurship program. And I will say I got |
| 2:27.0 | suckered into entrepreneurship. You dabbled. Yeah, entrepreneurship is certainly something that's super sexy and really easy to market, especially |
