After a short hike following the sound of the water, you arrive at a wide

stream flowing straight through the forest. Desperate for a drink, you race to

its edge and cup handfuls of the crisp cool water into your mouth. Then slump

back on a nearby rock. It's only then that you're able to appreciate the full

beauty of the scene laid out before you. The crystal clear water cascading down

over glistening, moss-covered rocks and the way the dappled sunlight breaks

through the trees and sparkles on the surface of the stream. You take another

scoop full of the water, then rise to your feet and proceed to follow it down

stream. After hours of walking, the stream gradually widens into a river but
