This is the first time I'm going to actually record a episode. Episode 92 of Finding Your Way Through Therapy. I am Steve Eason.

This is the first time I'm going to actually record a episode that I do on my own.

And you can go check it out on YouTube. I will put it as supplemental episode because I don't think it merits an own episode. The interviews do.

But you wanted to see how it looks like. You can see me fumble through all my stuff. Thank God my editor fixes a lot of stuff. So hopefully you'll see me. This is exactly how it goes. I find these actually much harder. You heard me hesitating. And I find that in the interviews, I don't have to hesitate. I can just interact when I'm on my own.

It's a little harder. So I know this is going to be episode 92. So for those of you who are not on YouTube, we're going to still do the same thing. It's the review of season seven and can't wait

to start season eight. I'm setting up a lot of great plans, including episode 100. And I'm really working hard as to what I'm

going to do. I'm not going to quite reveal it now, but I'm definitely working on something big.

So hopefully you can join me then. But let's, before we go to season eight, let's finish season

seven, right? So season seven started off with Jake Nichols and Pat Rice. And yes, I have to look at it because I don't remember everything. So for those of you again on YouTube, you will see that. For those of you who are listening to a podcast, then you'll figure it out to go check out their YouTube. But yes, Jake Nichols and Pat Rice, great guests. We talked about unfit for recovery. and I thought that was a great interview. I think

that Jake is a very interesting guy. Obviously, Pat has been on for many, many times, so always

enjoy Pat. Episode 83 was my personal business coach, Amy Toomer. And Amy is just an amazing

guest. I love working with her personally, but also the interview was amazing because she really

talked about her mom-boss stuff, talked about different things that she really works on,
