    cool topic today. I'm so excited. So you know that I have been in online, an online business

    owner since 2016. And with that being said, I've had online education since 2016. It was the first time I've ever launched an online

    program. And ever since then, I've launched many other additional times and have learned so much

    around launch course creation and have scaled a multi-million dollar company because of it.

    And I know a lot around what to do, what not to do. And I'm really excited to

    start taking it in a little bit here. So we want to talk a little bit today about why we don't

    want to wing it when it comes to course creation and why it potentially could backfire. So usually

    one of the things of why people will wing it

    and is because of three specific things. Number one is overwhelmed. They're not really sure

    where to start. So they just start somewhere where I have to say, as a girl who is scrappy,

    I admire that. I admire the

    starting energy. However, you may have a great first launch, but scaling it becomes the challenge.

    So we'll talk about that in a little bit. Number two is impatience. They're just excited and they

    want to get it out fast. Again, I love scrappiness. I'm here for it. I'm down for it. But again,

    there is, again, from being in this space for so long, I can tell in two seconds why someone's

    course is not going to be scalable and or make the amount of revenue that they want it to.

    And at the end of the day, you want your course in the hands of more people.

    And you want it to, um, you want it to help people as well.

    So with that being said, the third thing is underestimating what a launch requires,
