He was Donald Trump's vice president.

I got it. We live in the United States of America.

I got to admit though, it was such an afterthought.

I mean, to me, I don't think of the Trump Pence administration.

It's the Trump administration.

He had to have somebody. It's in the Constitution.

Right. I feel like anyway, he's going to run for the nomination to try to be president

and he's running as a conservative.

Like what a conservative was up until five years ago.

And we can run through the list of things and see if it tickles your fancy.

It's interesting. I don't know if you can get the nomination running like that.

Why not? No doubt.

Now, college graduates are leaving too.

And it's about the inflow and outflow of college grads, white collar workers to various cities and regions.

And it is something. They are fleeing the big coastal cities, the blue cities in particular.
