Donde Estamijente because this is a series that's been around for some time. It's evolved

and it's doing some really exciting things. So take us back. When and how did Donde Estamijente

start? Well, back in 2014 here in San Francisco, I walked into Galleria de la Raza, which was back then on 24th Street in the Mission.

I used to live in the mission, and I had such a great time at one of their events called the Lunada,

which was a monthly open mic for

Latino writers. And I had such a wonderful life-changing experience, and I kept asking myself why.
