That is a little unclear. The way it's set up on the agenda is to adopt the recommendations of the Economic Development Committee, which were basically to look at options for leaving City Hall the building.

The current City Hall, 1,500 Marilla, and finding a substitute.

Not anything necessarily with what the disposition of that asset ultimately becomes,

although I think you would have to be quite stupid not to see exactly what the reason for this is.

And is the reason that they're looking to relocate the Mavs to that area?

Exactly.

Build a new stadium.

The gift, gift this land to the Adelson's?

Well, so everybody in this, everybody who's trying to sell this idea of having the MAVs move to the city hall site are

thinking we're all a lot dumber than we are. Because obviously that's what they're trying to do,

but they continue to say, oh, well, we would sell this land to the Adelson's.

Well, no, that is not going to, in fact, occur.

Either the city will continue to own the dirt under the arena, such as it did with the AAC, so that it can do that for free.

I think the Adelson's will also like for us to pay for the construction

of the entire arena. So it's a, they're going to try to make it seem incremental and less bad than it is,
