What is the one move? Everybody needs to make in their dynasty league. That and more this week on the couch. Let's bring in a heavy hitter in the dynasty and fantasy football world in life. Heath Cummings from CBS. Heath, what's the one move everyone should be looking to make in their dynasty league? Well, thank you for having me here today. It's always a pleasure to talk to you.

And I told you before the show, I've got a bit of a complicated answer to this because

I'm going to give you a player-specific take at the end of this.

But I think the one move everyone should make this time of year in Dynasty is to the

depth charts.

And I mean that kind of three ways.

One, to your own.

And different people have different answers on whether or not you should at this time of

year know whether you're competing or whether you're rebuilding.

But I, and I think it's complicated for some people.

But I would at least like to be able to look at my roster and say,

what direction

is this team going? What are the strengths and the weaknesses? Where do I already have starters?

And are there players on this team that don't fit with that plan? And so that's kind of step one for

me. Step two, and this is some very few people do, but I want to see what everybody else has got because a lot of you you know this there's at least four guys in every dynasty

league they haven't thought about their team since the rookie draft and won't think about it again

until we start getting training camp reports or they have to set their lineup in week one and i want

to look at their rosters and say like what what doesn't fit on their path and is

there an opportunity for me to take advantage of that and then finally I think maybe the overlooked

thing this time of year is guys get dropped because of rookie drafts and I'd like to know if there's

any running back specifically that are worth almost nothing that are one injury away from being a starter and getting me a round two pick as soon as the starter gets hurt.

And so those are kind of the three things that I'm doing right now, and it's all centered around those depth charts.
