Welcome into Tom Cairns, it's talk podcast alongside my buddy, Phil Perry, who's

always alongside and does an unbelievable job for us and makes the pod what it really is.

Phil, we have director Matt Hammachek from The Dynasty, the Apple Plus TV documentary that's coming

out 10 parts. And as I wrote in a quick review for this, my two sentence synopsis is it is

every bit, it got every bit as bad as we told you,

but it's even better than you remember.

Meaning there are two different, the first five and the last five

episodes really of this series

encapsulate how incredible the Patriots and improbable there, rise was, and how dysfunctional

the ending was. It's amazing, isn't it, to watch all 10? And you might have only watched

the first two so far. I have. I have only watched the first two.

We're doing dynastic recap shows on NBC Sports Boston every Friday for the next several

weeks.

And we're doing two episodes at a time.

And so I am really just zeroed in on these first two episodes.

But what a great job they did.

And I'm not just saying that because we're about to have Matt on the podcast here.

But there is so much new stuff, even for somebody like me who's covered this team for over

10 years now, who followed it really closely as a fan who was of age at the time that this

documentary covers.

And there are so many new clips, so many new sound bites.
