and the fan favorite decisions that had to be made by May 15.

This is the first of several off-season keeper designations that need to be made in the Highlander

Dynasty Invitational. And it is any player who has eclips their rookie eligibility. And it cannot be a

player who is selected in the first or in the Highlander draft, which is a one-round draft that takes place after 60
