Errol L. Pierre, it's a health care executive, a professor and public speaker,

author of The Way Up, climbing the corporate mountain as a professional of color.

Errol is a senior VP at one of the most notable health care non-profits in New York, previously C.O.O. at Blue Cross Blue Shield. He's also an adjunct professor at

NYU and Columbia University and Baruch College teaching health economics. He's an in-demand speaker on leadership, diversity

in health care and has addressed hundreds of audiences to include the National Urban League

for Young Professionals and Fordham University. He's got a bachelor's degree and business administration fordum

and a master's and health policy from New York University and recently completed his doctorate

and business administration from Baruch College.
