First, I'm going to read from Chapter 9, which is titled Returning to the Light Within.

This is what Ingrid has written.

Many believe that the light is something we must reach, something distant, revealed only

an extraordinary moment.

But what I came to understand is far simpler and far more profound.

The light is not something we find,

it is something we remember. It is already here, quietly present beneath the noise of the mind,
