Summary

Welcome to the first of the week's DWSC drops from shows recorded in Chelmsford, where a riotous time was had by all, especially when returning guest Ashley Storrie, told us all how her Uncle Tommy's flair for print almost got her in hot water, and shared her penchant for a very specific quirk in the guys she dates.

The gang then delved into a case that takes us back to 1500s Chelmsford and a very talented cat named 'Steve'.

And our audience crime also keeps for a feline theme, as we hear about one lady's brush with a cat burglar.

Part two of our Chelmsford trip drops this Friday, with incredible scenes from the hilarious Kate Butch!

Hannah and Taylor are on tour during the spring and summer of 2026...

Each show is a double record, so that's TWO crimes to solve, TWO fantastic guests and TWO chances to win a set of DWSC coasters!

For all info, dates and tickets have a look here Drunk Women Solving Crime - The UK's hit true crime comedy podcast

DWSC eps now drop every Wednesday and every other Friday, so that's at least SIX drops every, single month!

We're going on tour. It's 2026 and that means we're out and about and heading to a town near you. That's right. In April, we'll be coming to Oxford and Lester. If you happen to be in Bristol and Exeter, we'll see you there in May. And in June, we'll be entertaining the good people of Cambridge and Norwich. And if you aren't in any of these places, why not treat yourself to a little trip to one of them? Head over to drunkwomen solvingcrime.com for full details and tickets. Hannah, are you beach ready? Do you mean have I got my bucket and spade? That's right. Or you bet I am and you should be too. As this summer we're going back to the ventnor fringe on the Isle of White. Oh, that's right. but I've got until Saturday the 25th of July to buy my Lilo, right?

It's just that easy. And I've just bought a new deck chair. You are so beach ready. Just so everybody knows, this show is not on the beach.
