That's five and a half months of the two week flattened the curve lockdown.

Don't know with you, this two and a half week, this two weeks just seems to have dry down.

Yeah, it's getting a bit old now.

So we went shopping yesterday to Santa Monica, by the way, or we tried to go shopping

in Santa Monica and we're going to have something to say about shopping in general, actually.

Yes.

But I have to say going shopping in Santa Monica was not the joy you would imagine it should be.

Just, you know, third street promenade in Santa Monica, it's like, you know, shopper's heaven. It's kind of a, kind of like an outdoor mall. And then at the end, it's like a tourist thing. And at the end, you've got a mall as well. As well. Boy, it was like, it was like a zombie apocalypse. Yeah, first of all, it Yeah, there'd been, yeah, there'd been some kind of a nuclear attack overnight. There's a cat now complaining. That cat wants to get out to feel him. I think we have to indulge our audience a little. You talk, as I used to say it's good. Talk away among yourselves. And I will let the cat out.

So it's early morning here.

We don't let them out until it gets bright. But anyway, they're going to complain too bitterly. So, yeah, so dreadful. Santa Monica. Shopping in Santa Monica, really just horrible experience. you know, what I realized was that there are a lot of people who sort of savour the ability to boss other people around.

And in one of the shops on the Third Street Promenade, instead of, like, the doors not even, the doors were open, but they had like a ribbon across, in Lula Lemon actually, and they had the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, preventing you walking in and then like a 12-year-old shop assistant standing there saying, and I, and I had my mask on, by the way, because I knew we were about to walk into a shop. And the girl, the girl, this really really young girl sort of gives me this massive lecture

about how I should behave when I get into the shop so I said to her you know what I'm actually

not going to bother like I was actually wearing the mask already it was very clear that I understood

the man did well I think I think one thing was very clear about Santa Monica yes when we went there is that wearing a mask is political because everyone over there wore the mask.
